Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address, the property address you want checked, whether you're checking as a homeowner or an investor, any notice or document you upload, and any other information you submit through our forms, by phone, text or email.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies when you visit the Site.

Information from third parties. Public county, city and court records we search to compile your lien check results.

2. How we use information

• To search public records for the property you give us and report back what liens, if any, are on file.
• To contact you by phone, text message (SMS) and email about your request and the results of your check.
• To improve, secure and maintain the Site and our Services.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Text messaging (SMS) data

If you opt in to receive text messages from LienLoop, we collect your mobile phone number and the consent you provide in order to send you messages about your lien check and its results.

No mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, will be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. This does not include our SMS platform, telecommunications or messaging service providers, who process this data solely to deliver messages on our behalf, and does not include disclosures required by law.

All other categories of data described in this policy are separate from mobile opt-in information, which is never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes regardless of any other sharing described elsewhere in this policy. 4. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who support our operations (e.g., hosting, SMS/email delivery, public records data providers), under confidentiality obligations.
