1. Who we are
LienLoop searches public county, city and court records and reports what liens, if any, are recorded against a property — for homeowners checking their own property and investors doing due diligence before a purchase. This includes code violation, property tax, utility, judgment, contractor and HOA liens. LienLoop is not a law firm, is not a substitute for an attorney, and does not provide legal or tax advice. We do not negotiate, pay down or resolve liens on your behalf. Where legal or tax advice is needed, or a lien needs to be resolved, we may point you toward the issuing office or a licensed attorney or tax professional.
2. Eligibility & use of the site
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, or submit false or fraudulent property information.
3. No guarantee of completeness
We search the public records available to us, but public records can be incomplete, delayed or contain errors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee that a check will catch every lien on a property, or that a clean result means no lien exists. Any figures shown on the Site are illustrative, not a representation about a specific property.
4. Text messaging (SMS) program
Program description. By checking the SMS consent box on our forms and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from LienLoop related to your lien report request and its results. Message content may include status updates, payment confirmations, requests for documents, and your results.
How to join. You opt in by submitting a form on this Site that includes the SMS consent checkbox, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency varies based on the status of your request (for example, you may receive more messages while a check is in progress than afterward).
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.

5. Fees
A lien report costs a flat $99.99 per property, regardless of how many liens, if any, are found. This is the full price — there are no subscriptions, upsells or hidden fees. 6. Intellectual property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LienLoop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
